Education, LGBTQ+ Rights, Minority Bar, and Quality of Life/Balance committees. During her year as PBA president, Nancy will focus on her commitment to four cornerstones: integrity and excellence in the practice of law, wellness and professionalism among members, inclusion and belonging in the association, and outreach to Pennsylvania communities. This commitment is displayed in her practice, her volunteer work, and in addition to the PBA, as a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, a former Hearing Committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in Disciplinary District II, and president of the W5K Classic Board, a volunteer organization that raises funds for breast and female cancer programs and research in the Lehigh Valley. In 2005, 2006 and 2010-18, Nancy was selected in a survey of her peers as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers. She was also selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2021, 2022, and 2024 in the field of Litigation - Labor and Employment. She also has been named to the Lehigh Valley Business Power Law List. David Walsh published his second poetry

She is the seventh woman to serve as president, the second president to hail from Lehigh County, the third partner from White and Williams, and the firm’s first woman partner to serve in this role. Nancy recently completed her term as president of the Lehigh County Bar Association (2023-24). She served on several committees and sections during her career with the PBA, starting with the Women in the Profession Committee (WIP), then expanded to the Federal Practice Committee, the Labor & Employment Section, the Civil Litigation Section, and others. She served in leadership roles in each of these committees and sections, leading to her appointment as woman governor and chair of the DEI Team. She also served as member of PBA Councils, including the Labor and Employment Law Section Executive Council, the Commission on Women in the Profession Executive Council, and the Civil Litigation Council, in addition to serving as a member of the Bylaws, Civil Litigation, Civil and Equal Rights, Large Law Firm, Law-Related
