84 Emilio “Jack” Morrone of One Financial Services was recently ranked No. 120 in Pennsylvania in Forbes ’ 2023 Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list. According to Forbes , the annual ranking spotlights the nation’s top performing advisors evaluated on criteria that includes industry experience, client retention, and assets under management. The fourth Thursday every April is Take Your Child to Work Day. The mission behind this holiday is so kids can see what their parents do to earn a living, better understand their opportunities, and learn what skills and education credentials are needed. One Financial Services welcomed children of various employees to their office for a few hours to learn about daily responsibilities of financial professionals.

spoke about “Effective Counselors: Eight Skills that Improve Client Outcomes.” Why is it that there are usually large differences in clients’ outcomes based on the counselor who treated them? It’s true across theoretical orientations and even when delivering the same highly structured, manual-guided treatment. Based on a review of 70 years of psychotherapy research, Bill described eight characteristics that differentiate more (and less) effective counselors. These are not personality traits but measurable clinical skills that can improve with deliberate practice, yet are often overlooked in training programs.

74 On March 1, 2023, Joseph Kaczmarczyk , DO, MPH, MBA, received the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) Lifetime Achievement Award in Washington, D.C., at a national meeting. This award is based on consistency of work in furthering the goals of OB-GYN academic medicine, commitment to an academic career as evidenced by past activities, and the importance of the recipient’s work to OB-GYN medical education.
